LNG liquefaction device 'StirLNG-4' <Spray and Additional Cooling Method>

Manufactured by Stirling Cryogenics, which has been designing and producing gas liquefaction equipment for many years!

The "StirLNG-4" is an independently operating ultra-low temperature liquefaction device powered by an electric motor and a unique control unit. LNG is extracted from the bottom of its storage tank and, after additional cooling, is sprayed back into the storage tank to lower the overall gas pressure of the system while removing BOG. The composition of LNG or BOG does not affect the cooling capacity of this product. 【Features】 ■ Supports small-scale production of liquefied natural gas (LNG) from refined gas sources such as pipelines and biogas. ■ Re-liquefies BOG generated within ultra-low temperature devices (fuel stations, storage tanks, etc.) without loss. ■ Re-liquefies BOG from LNG tanks on vessels. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

LNG liquefaction device "StirLNG-4" <Direct method>

Approximately 1000 to 1800 kg/day (1.8 metric tons per day, 1350 gallons/day) of re-liquefaction is possible per unit!

The "StirLNG-4" is a cryogenic liquefaction device specially modified for small-capacity LNG re-liquefaction for ships. It operates with an electric motor and is equipped with a unique control unit for independent operation. BOG can be extracted from the storage LNG tank, cooled in the heat exchanger of this device, re-liquefied, and returned to the storage LNG tank. 【Features】 ■ Supports small-scale production of liquefied natural gas (LNG) from refined gas sources such as pipelines and biogas. ■ Re-liquefies BOG generated within cryogenic devices (fuel stations, storage tanks, etc.) without loss. ■ Re-liquefies BOG from LNG tanks on ships. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
